- UG: MBA Marketing, Finance – 2018 & 2019 Batch only
- PG: MBA / PGDM / MMS (Finance, Marketing) Post Graduation in 2018, 2019
Note: Candidate should have both UG and PG qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business target achievement through sale of life insurance products to New to Bank (NTB) customers of Axis bank
- Responsible for branch activation & lead generator (LG) activation through regular engagement with Business Development Executives (BDE)
- Conduct regular sales activities within branch and catchment areas to generate leads
- Liaise with and assist acquisition team of partner bank to build customer base
- Ensure adherence to end the business process within the specified timelines
- Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business
- Ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience
