Maximum: 24 Years

- Commandant (Pilot) – Rs.2.8 to 3.4 lakhs
- SAM (Inspr) – Rs.1,40,000/-
- JAM (SI) – Rs.1,30,000/-
- AAM (ASI) – Rs. 1,20,000/-
- Flight Gunner (Inspr) – Rs.1.55 to 1.65 lakhs
- Flight Engineer & Jr. Flight Gunner: Rs.1.35 to 1.55 lakhs
