DMRC Recruitment 2020: Check Official Notice For Revised Vacancies

DMRC Recruitment 2020: Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) released the official notification for 1493 vacancies in DMRC on 14th December 2019. Applications were invited from young and dynamic persons of Indian nationality for the various category of Executive & Non-Executive posts in DMRC. Last date to apply online for getting recruited in DMRC was 20th January 2020.

In view of the COVID-19 pandemic situation, there has been an overall reduction in the activities of DMRC. Due to the total suspension of DMRC’s metro operations for 169 days and the current massive reduction in ridership, DMRC has incurred severe financial loss. Conversely, extra expenditure has been/are being incurred on account of the preventive measures necessitated by the pandemic. Accordingly, the man-power requirements have been reviewed, leading to a reduction in the requirement, across the various Departments of DMRC.

DMRC Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: vary post wise

Age Limit as on 1st December 2019
For Executive posts-> the maximum age limit is 30 years
For Non-Executive posts -> the upper-age limit of the employee is 28 or 30 years

DMRC Application Fees:

  • UR & OBC: Rs. 500/-
  • SC/ST/PWD & Women: Rs. 250/-

DMRC Selection ProcessFor Executive Cadre Posts:- three-stage process

  • CBT (two papers)
  • Group Discussion & Personal Interview
  • Medical Examination in Executive(Technical/Non-technical) category

For Non- Executive posts:- two-stage process

  • CBT (two papers)
  • Medical Examination

For Customer Relations Assistant Posts:- three-stage process

  • CBT (two papers)
  • Psycho Test (Qualifying Only)
  • Medical Examination

For Stenographer Posts:- three-stage process

  • CBT (two papers)
  • Skill Test (Qualifying Only)
  • Medical Examination

For Maintainers posts: two-stage process
