IDBI Assistant Manager Exam Analysis 2019
The first shift of the IDBI Bank Assistant Manager (PGDBF) Exam 2019 is over now. DreamBigInstitution.com is here with the exam analysis that can help the aspirants from second and the third shift to get an idea of the expected the pattern of questions and difficulty level in Logical Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, and General/Economy/Banking Awareness. The composite timing for this year’s exam was of 120 minutes. The examination held in this shift was of an Easy level.
We have taken this Exam Analysis from the aspirants who appeared for the first shift of the examination. This time the pattern was somewhat like the SSC exam pattern however, it was doable.

Quantitative Aptitude (Easy)
The Quantitative Aptitude section was of an Easy level. The majority of the questions were from the Arithmetic section like Profit & Loss, Ratio & Proportion, Mensuration, CI, SI, and Percentage.
In this section, there was just 1 DIs which contained a set of 5 questions:-
- Pie-Chart (Expenditure of a couple on various components like EMI, Mutual funds, etc.)

The English section was also easy to moderate level. The test comprised of no Reading Comprehension. Instead of RC, there were 5 sets of Sentence Rearrangement. Each set contained 5 sentences to be rearranged.

Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation (Easy-Moderate)
This section was of an Easy-Moderate level. There were 2 sets of Puzzles and Seating Arrangement, the following are the types:
- Circular Seating Arrangement
- Linear Seating Arrangement (Single line, 7-people)
Syllogism was of conventional type, with no questions of only a few. There were questions of mirror image and water image as well, which are usually seen in the SSC exam.

The majority of the questions (30) were from economic awareness. There were approximately 5 – 6 questions from current awareness and around 10 – 15 questions from banking awareness.
