Chennai Super Kings (CSK) became the IPL 2023 winner by defeating Gujrat Titans by 5 wickets. This is the 5th IPl title of CSK. Ravindra Jadeja smashes a six and a four off the last two balls as Chennai Super Kings defeat Gujarat Titans by five wickets to go level with Mumbai Indians with their fifth title triumph. IPL Winner 2019: Mumbai Indians
The final of the IPL 2019 again saw the clash of the Titans. Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings met again in the finals. The final went down to the last bowl. Shardul Thakur who was hoping for at least one run for the super over failed to counter Malinga’s off-cutter. Thus, Mumbai Indians became the champions for a record 4th time. With this, Mumbai Indians became the most successful team in IPL history and won the 4th IPL title.

Chennai Super Kings became the second team to win more than two trophies in IPL. Veterans Ambati Rayadu and Shane Watson were the backbones of the batting unit.
