The Induction Training Programme will be organized for the selected candidates at Bank’s Staff Training College, Mangaluru, or at some other place as decided by the bank. After the successful completion of the training program, the aspirants will be posted to any of the Branches/Offices of the Bank all across the nation. Selected candidates will have to sign a bond to work for the following bank for a minimum period of three years. Firstly they will be on a probation period of 1 year and after the satisfactory completion of the period they will get a high salary package of Rs. 100,000 per month.
