• Tibetan Refugee (migrated to India before 01 January 1962) or
• a person of Indian Origin who migrated from East African Countries/ Bhutan/ Sri Lanka/ Pakistan/ Burma.

UPSC EFPO Personal Assistant Educational Qualification

The candidates must possess a Degree (minimum Graduation Degree) from a recognised University. A cut-off date for the degree is the last date of online registration (i.e. 27 March 2024), which means on 27 March 2024 an applicant should have the Degree to be eligible to apply.

• Degree (Bachelor’s Degree) from a recognised university (Recognised university- University/ Educational Institution/ Deemed University registered u/s 3 of University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or University incorporated by an Act of Parliament/ State Legislature).
