IBPS RRB Exam Date 2024
IBPS RRB Exam Date 2024 has been released for the position of Clerk (Office Assistant), PO (Officer Scale I), and Officer Scale II & III. Candidates will have to qualify in two stages, i.e. Prelims and Mains for the position of Office Assistant, and for Officer Scale I, the selection process comprises three phases, Prelims, Mains, and Interview.
There will be a single examination and Interview for the posts of Officer Scale II & III. According to the IBPS Calendar 2024, the preliminary examination for IBPS RRB Office Assistant and Officer Scale I has been scheduled for 3, 4, 10, 17, and 18 August 2024. The main exam for Office Assistant will be held on 06 October 2024 and for Officer Scale I on 29 September 2024. Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent Preference will be given to the candidates having a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy;

Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager)
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Experience: Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Officer Scale-II (Information Technology)
Officer Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Desirable: Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc.
Experience: One year (in the relevant field)
Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountant)
Certified Associate (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Experience: One Year as a Chartered Accountant.
