APPSC Recruitment 2020 – Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) invited online job application for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) – 63 vacancies and for Senior Personal Assistant – 21 vacancies, totally 84 vacancies are available in this APPSC Recruitment. Candidates with the qualification of B.E/ B.Tech/ Diploma/ Any Degree are eligible to apply for this job. The selection process is based on written test and interview. Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC)- It was found on 1 April 1988 and Mr Nabam Nipo is the chairman of APPSC. This commission advises the government of Arunachal Pradesh on all matters relating to civil services and publishes notifications inviting applications for selection to various posts. As per the requisitions of the appointing authorities, conduct written tests and interview, prepare ranked list based on the performance of the candidates and advise candidates for appointing strictly based on their merit.

For Junior Engineer (Civil):

• Candidates should complete 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering / Agricultural Engineering / Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering/Agricultural Engineering from a recognized University/ institution.

Age Limit (As on 15.04.2020): 18 to 32 years

Category Wise Vacancies:

• 52 posts are reserved for APST candidates of which 2 posts are reserved for physically handicapped candidates
• 11 posts unreserved (Open competition)

APPSC Recruitment Selection Process for Junior Engineer (Civil):

Selection will be based on the Written Examination followed by Viva-voce/Interview.

Note: The Commission will adopt Recruitment Test (Objective type) before the written examination. Recruitment Test will consist of 100 Objective Type Questions on Technical
paper(Civil Engineering) as per syllabus.

• For APST candidates: Rs.100
• For Non-APST candidates: Rs.160

Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification: 

• Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university.

Speed of 100 words per minute in Stenography (English)

• Dictation: 10 mts @ 100 WPM
• Transcription: 50 mts (English), Skill test shall be done in computer. An average of 5 key depressions for each work.
• 5% permissible mistakes in transcription would apply in speed test.

Age Limit (as on 11.04.2020): 21 to 32 years

Post Wise Vacancies:

• Arunachal Pradesh Secretariat Service (General Cadre) – 20 Posts
• Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission – 01 Post
