The difficulty level of the first shift is easy to moderate. English was the easiest section for attempting while GA was on the moderate side. Attempting 73-75 questions can be considered a good attempt.

The general trend observed in the first shift is that questions were mostly from synonym antonyms, cloze test, error detection, one-word substitution etc. The overall section was easy and around 20-23 questions can be attempted easily.
